Custom Imprinting and Artwork Guide
Custom imprinting is available for vests, hard hats, glasses, neck cords, jackets, neck shades and cooling towels. Logos can be up to:
- 1 color on cooling towels
- 2 colors on glasses
- 4 colors on vests, jackets, and hard hats
If logo requires a color that is not one of the stock inks listed, a Pantone® color number should be provided (if no PMS number given, the closest color will be determined) and a color match fee will be required. A layer of white will be added under the custom color for screen printed logos to ensure a good match. Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to printing on plastic or colored fabric. Heat transfer can take up to 10 days for turn around.

Artwork Guidelines
For the best quality, vector artwork is the preferred type of image to submit (AI, EPS or PDF files can contain vector art). A bitmap (or Raster) image (JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP) is acceptable, provided it is at high resolution (200-300dpi).
Low resolution images often have jagged, pixelated edges, and cannot be enlarged without losing quality, as well as fine detail that can be lost when etched into the printing plates.
Photocopies, business cards, drawings, decals, faxes, etc. are not considered camera ready artwork.
If your artwork does not meet our printing requirements and must be re-created, there will be a one-time artwork fee.
Imprinting Tips
- Logos cannot be imprinted over reflective tape, seams, or zippers.
- Stock Orange does not show up well on orange vests.
- Stock Yellow does not show up well on green vests.
- If a logo exists on one product, another style product cannot always be substituted for same imprint order due to imprint area size differences or available imprint locations.
